Megan Hart, M.Ed., has served as Program Director since 2012. In her role, she is responsible for the direction and development of Pathfinder by overseeing the daily operations of the program, building collaborative relationships with other organizations throughout the state, and providing training presentations at various meetings and conferences. These efforts aim to increase access to resource information for Tennesseans with disabilities.
Megan received her B.A. in Psychology at Sewanee: The University of the South and her M.Ed. in Counseling at Vanderbilt University, Peabody College. She has over 20 years of professional experience working in the disability field, which include about 15 years at Pathfinder. She was the founding Co-sponsor of the VUMC Disability Employee Resource Group, and currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair of Tennessee Disability Coalition’s Board of Directors, and participates on boards and committees of various organizations.
