Linda Brown brings both professional and personal experience to her role, having served as an administrator with the Tennessee Early Intervention System and Vanderbilt University. As a parent of a son with a developmental disability, she is deeply passionate about advocacy and support.

She is the founder of The Arc Rutherford County, a past president of The Arc Tennessee, and currently serves as Membership Committee Chair for The Arc TN. A graduate of Partners in Policymaking, Linda is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and their families.

In her role, she connects individuals, support networks, and public and private agencies to essential resources and social services across Tennessee. She also provides training presentations and helps maintain Pathfinder’s online service directory.

Linda is a devoted wife and mother of two sons, including her youngest, Terrell, for whom she is a fierce advocate.
